I find that it is best to not overdo it too much during TO. Take a walk = FINE, run a marathon = not a good idea. You have to know your own limits though. If I worked out too hard during TO, I tended to lose it as soon as I came off and eat things that I shouldn't due to being overly hungry. Other people might be to handle that better though. For me it is better to be very cautious with the exercise and also to be very cautious with eating for a few days after to "lock in" the results of the TO.
