Weight Loss Surgery - Great Start

:carrot::carrot: I have really been working hard on starting this weight loss process the right way. Today I got on my scales and it read 300 even:carrot::carrot: That means since I have started thinking about the surgery and started the process to get it going I have lost 20lbs. I am so excited I could cry. I have got to figure out how to get one of those weight trackers at the end of my posts. I can not "weight" to see it working!

Oh my dear, I'm so glad for you!! Keep up the good work! Get a plan in mind for after your surgery and get started on it now to see if you will be able to live with it in the long run. IMOP!!!! You know us Greenes, we are full of our opinions! Sneak some of SIS's protein bars. Get the good ones!!! LOL!!
