yup, im advertising my blog! I recently started it about 3 weeks ago, and its slowly growing. In it I put the trials, the joys, and the amusing anecdotes of my journey. So you should take a look, you'll at least get a laugh out of it

yours looks familiar too. Yup, before a binge, blog! And if you still want the food, then have a little bit. usually i find the urge passes in the time it takes to blog which is why my blog is filled with such crazy stuff

That's such a good idea! I've been reading too much instead of blogging -- blogging you have to use both hands to type, while reading.... well. It's not as bad as watching TV, where I feel this strange urge like I can't watch without also stuffing my face. But just reading does leave my hands semi-free to snack.

My blog will probably also become filled with random posts in an effort to write out the binge-storm. I do *not* want to go make cookies, I want to write!

Although now I should just take my fighting-the-binge self off to bed, since it's past 4am here.

thanks. I find it hard to stuff my face and eat stuff at the same time! So i blog about rubbish, and try and disguise it as being related to weight loss
