Just a hello
Hey everyone
Just introducing myself. I am 22 and from Australia. I am looking to loose about 10-15kg's that i have put on in the last 4.5years since i have been with my man. I used to not mind the extra weight but i have had enough and have decided to do something about it.
I have always been really into fitness, have worked in a gym so know what to do, its just about practicing what i preach .
So for the past week i have been being a little more active, started doing a boxing class 2 times per week and going for the odd walk. In the next week or two i will start being a bit more strict but for now i want to ease myself into it. I have already started feeling the difference in the tightness of my pants etc so i am very motivated at the moment. Just gotta keep seeing those results i guess.
I just got the internet at home so hope to be an active member of this forum in the future.
