I dont know what I was thinking but I ate too many nut servings. I have read the food list a million times and ate 2/12 servings instead of 1! I ate a serving of pecans this morning then ate a serving of flax seeds ground and then a small teaspoon of peanut butter. Oh well Ill do better tommorow but I am NOT starting over!! Thanks for all your help. I dont feel skinnier yet though :)
