30-Somethings - I'm back after a year and a half gone... and oh, still fat. :)

lol... There's just no two ways about it. I'm amazed the 3fc system didn't boot my account after so long, but I'm grateful.

I'm 32, and chillin' at about 182 lbs. I am lazy and I like to eat. :)) I previously got up to about this weight, but then lost about 40 lbs on weight watchers, mostly just through diet control, not much exercise at all.

I want to lose it again. I want to be healthier. My friends are all doing Body For Life, which is very exercise intensive, and I know there's no way in heck I'm going to do that!! lol... have to be realistic, right?

Anyway, hope I'm welcome back to start over. I think I'm going to take my happy butt back to WW tomorrow.

I hear you Freeda. There is no way I could do Body for Life. I don't have the time or willpower ;)
I just started South Beach and it's going very good!
