Default Just sayin hi!

I've posted on here a little in the past, and I've started considering getting lap band. My mother is getting gastric on 7/28, and I've been learning about both opitions with her. I'm really thinking this is the right path for me, and I'm happy to find that there's a support area for WLS on 3FC (cause this site rocks).

Yep, this is a good place to be. I don't post all of the time but once a day I come and read and if I think I have anything beneficial to add I'll post OR if I think I can tease and torment someone....then I'll post.....LOL!!

Oh, I wanted to add welcome to our little neck of the woods and please don't misunderstand me when I say tease and torment I mean it only in a good fashion....I promise I'm not a bully

Knowledge is power--how great that you have someone to learn along with you!

You know there are more than lap band and RNY gastric bypass as options, right? If not, keep learning! Not to say one of those isn't right for you, but I think a lot of times, people think those are the only options, only to discover too late that something else may have been a better fit
