Default dr. gotts no flour no sugar diet

I didn't see a thread for this diet. I was just wondering if anyone follows this diet plan? I know it is alot like sugar busters, but you can have some fruits and veg, on this diet that is not allowed on sb. I was just wondering if anyone did follow this plan how they did/or still doing???? Thanks ladyfirefighter1

I read a lot about this diet. I love to read Dr. Gotts column everyday. I have only know 1 person doing this and she liked it. But I think she gave up on it.

I have a very fit friend who occasionally splurges and then needs to take off 5-7 pounds. She swears that Dr. Gott's diet is the only diet that works for her . The first few days are grueling but then you get used to it and it's pretty easy to follow. I find it much harder to give up the flour than the sweets and I love sweets!
