Default 10% less of me, 25% of loss completed!
Finally, I am down 10% from my starting weight -- 21 lbs. Also, I realized that I am 25% of the way toward my goal.

I've had a couple of multi-week stalls and it seems like it took forever to lose 21 lbs -- even though I've actually been losing 7 lbs a month, which is nothing to complain about. But I am so overweight that the loss is only just starting to show, so I haven't had a lot of affirmation along the way, except for my scale.

Realizing that I am 25% of the way there is a big deal for me. Also, my pants are finally really baggy. I've come further than I'd thought.

Oh, congrats! I just reached the baggy pants stage. I actually liked some of them but they're gonna have to go soon I gained weight over many years, so as I'm losing, I can go "shopping" in my closet. Fun to get into some of the nice things again. But it's also strangely gratifying to easily throw out things that aren't good enough (style, quality, flattery), that for some reason I was resistant to get rid of before.

What a great milestone to reach! And I bet you learned so much so far, and you just keep learning.
