Guess i will start posting here as well. I am using thedailyplate now and i have finally lost weight for the first time in 3 months!!

lost 2 lbs this week. Last week 140.0 this week 138.0 (really 137.8, but we'll save that .2 for next week).

268 lbs. No loss, no gain. I will gladly take it! Have been on vacation for a week. I had to walk miles in Spain to justify beer.

I weighed in yesterday at 200!!!! I can't wait to get out of the 200's, I'm doing better then I thought I would. I wanted to lose 20 pounds by July 20th and I think I'm going to lose more then that YAY!!!

Oh and thats down 2 pounds from last week.
