Down 3.8 pounds for a total of 14.
Of course, I had "dropped out" of WW for a while and gained a few pounds, so the actual WW loss shows only 9.6.
Funny thing is... 3.8 is EXACTLY what I thought would be "acceptable" for the week. So, all things considered, I feel okay about it. I'm hoping that next week I can make it to at least 3.6... that would put me in the 340s range. That would be nice...
