Oooh I do that! If I have it, I'll also add a couple of slices of low fat roasted deli turkey slices.
For breakfast, sometimes I'll toast up a whole wheat weight watchers english muffin and just spread on a wedge of low fat lcc instead of butter or other higher fat stuff. So good!

Even better, zap it in the microwave for 30 sec or so. It gets all warm and melty. I eat this for a snack all the time on my low calorie diet. If I can spare a few extra calories, sometimes I add sliced apples, sun-dried tomatoes, tapenade, or dijon mustard.

If you have a Trader Joe's near you, get the Laughing Cow wedges there. They are about $1.50 cheaper than the grocery stores. I think they run about $2.99.
Yummy! I love that stuff!

They also have them with the other speciality cheeses in Costco...and they are about 7-8 dollars for 4 individual packages. They last forever before they expire, so I love to buy them in bulk.
StillTryin, make sure to get the light kind, not regular! It's low cal but just as delicious :)

My grocery store doesn't seem to carry the Laughing Cow although other locations of the chain have them. Sam's has the swiss but not the French Onion. :-(
My Sam's appears to have stopped carrying the lo-fat Babybels. I only found them once.

I didnt find any "laughing cow" but I found a different brand and they had a LIGHT choice, so I grabbed it, it is 50 cals, 7 grams protein and MAN it is GOOD. I had a wedge last night before my walk, then I had one this morning with a serving of the greek yogurt I found.
