Default EZMONEY HAS GONE 5K Ca-RAZZY!

Taking a minute here to thank all of you for helping our first 3FC 5K be such a success!

Wasn't it wonderful to see so many of us involved!

With our families!

Doing 3.1 miles in SO many different ways!

The "knowing" that we had other 3FC friends rooting for us!

and praying for us!

Pushing ourselves to limits we had never achieved before!

Getting PR's (personal records)

Having loved ones proud of us!

Proud of ourselves!

We even lost a pound or two...

Well...maybe not those that went for ice cream on their 5K

Jennifer promised to wear a chicken suit next time....well...kinda...

It isn't a secret here that "people" on this site have done INCREDIBLE THINGS!

INCREDIBLE THINGS and ACCOMPLISHMENTS await all of us!

Each and every single one of us is capable of having a better life...a healthier happier life!

We can BE the healthy person...

or we can envy the healthy person...

We all have the ability to make better choices!

Many that chose to join the first annual 3FC 5K do one every single day and then some...

For some it was their very FIRST one!

Bottom line....WE MADE CHOICES! and damn good choices!!

Choices to do something good for ourselves ~ our families ~!

I haven't heard one complaint from anyone that participated!

Ya wanna know how special our first ever 3FC 5K was?...well let me tell ya...

we had ladies that can't even walk! enter and complete it!

Yep it was SPECIAL ALL RIGHT!

The "CHICKS IN POWER"....and I sure 'em...are waiting to see what I am going to do...well...here it is....

FIRST ANNUAL 3FC MEMORIAL WEEK-END 5K!

For those ACROSS the POND and BORDERS...that is May 24-26!

WHAT!? you don't want to wait that long?...no problem....

AMANDA (my favorite) and MEG!! My 3FC go to POWER CHICKS! I am leaving it up to you two to get a bi/monthly 5K thread going...it seems to be what WE WANT!!...

I am not sure what Amanda and Meg will get going for us...but I do know that this coming Memorial Week-End you will all have had plenty of time to practice....NO EXCUSES!

If we don't get 300 ENTRIES in the MEMORIAL WEEK-END 5K then JENNIFER promises to wear a chicken suit!! ...well, that's the rumor I am spreading

Sounds great to me -- thank you Gary - I had fallen way off track this past week and your 5K pulled me back up where I belonged and gave me the momentum I needed to get back on track -- you did a good thing for a lot of people just by opening a thread

May 25th I'll be taking a long walk down the graduation isle--but I think that I could handle a 5k beforehand! It'll give me something to "train" for!

How about a little twist onthe chicken suit thing....If we don't get 300 she wears a chicken suit...if we get over 400 she wears a chicken suit. Gawd...I am evil!!!

I am so in! Now I have time to get back into running shape for it so I don't feel like dying in the middle of it.
