I havnt moved farther than from the pc room to the restroom and bdrm in months and months... i went for a short walk today and omg.. i have no strength in my legs at all.. they are jelly... is there anything i can do in the house to stregthen them before i try walkin on all the hills around my house again ? lol.... maybe squats? do those help? any advice would be much appreciated thank you in advance
I walk / jog everyday, i do all kind's of streching before during and after, it really help's. You should strech before doing any exercise. When i first started i set myself up with what i call mini goal's, alittle further every couple of day's till i reached my goal of 8 to 10 mile's a day, Now i have added some jogging with it, you'll be amazed at how good your going to feel.
