Has anyone here used Stevia? I am interested in finding an alternative sweetener that is natural and you can cook with. The research I've done so far on Stevia seems to be pretty positive, but I'd like some personal "testimonials" if you will.

I have used stevia. I put it in my coffie with not much luck, it took too much to be able to taste it. Although, I made brownies with it and used it in place of half the sugar, and they were great. I don't know if they would have been just as good with only half of the sugar and no stevia or not! I have finally started using splenda. I like it better. good luck
I have done some research and Splenda doesn't sound any better than aspartame. Yes, it's derived from sugar but they chlorinate it and change the molecular structure so it really isn't "natural". :P There hasn't been much testing done on it either. Type it into http://www.google.com search and you'll find some interesting stuff.
