Triple Chocolate Mess
Serves 12
4 points per serving
1 box lite devils food cake mix (Betty Crocker brand)
1 box fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding
4 - egg substitute
1 cup water
1 pint fat free sour cream
1 1/2 jars baby food prunes ) 2 jars of #1
4 tablespoons reduced fat chocolate chips (these are hard to find in my area)
In a large bowl mix together the cake and pudding mix
In medium bowl, beat the egg substitute with water, then add sour cream and prunes
stir together until smooth. Add liquid ingredients to the dry.
stir in chips
spray crockpot with cooking spray
pour in crockpot
place paper towel over crockpot and cover with lid
cook for 5 hours on low.
