Hi chickies!! Welcome to the binge free challenge!! You can come in here and post your weekly successes and struggles and keep track of your binge free days. You can also vent about anything and everything you feel like getting out. This is a positive thread, so I have to enforce the "be careful about being too negative" rule. We are here to share our feelings and to encourage and inspire each other. We are strong chicks and I KNOW we all can do this!! And we don't have to do it alone, we have each other to get us through the rough times.

ALL chicks are welcome -- no one is excluded! If you are trying to lose weight, not trying, maintaining, recovering from an eating disorder, in the midst of one, or have ANY kind of problem with food, we would love to have you join us!!

If anyone has any questions or concerns, or you just need to talk privately, don't hestitate to PM me.

I have been doing amazing with binge eating ever since I joined this community! I will, of course, join this challenge. I love all this support and kinship. It makes this process so much easier.

Hello everyone.

I'm up for this challenge.

I wouldn't say that I've quite been binging in the last few days, but I have certainly not been eating at all well.

Yesterday I managed not to binge at all. During the day I wasn't good, I had two chocolate bars and a packet of chips at lunchtime , mainly due to the fact that I didn't bring in my prepared food and got tempted as I bought my sandwich. However, the big success of the day was that I didn't eat anything outside of my meal in the evening! I've always had problems in the evenings, but yesterday evening I was good

I totally fell off the wagon...Today is day 1 for me! I was doing so well, and then Easter hit and I went nuts! I hate that loss of control!! Thank goodness my meeting is tonight...I think I really need it this week! So today is day 1 for me and hopefully tomorrow will be day 2 Have a great day ladies~

I don't think it counts as bingeing...but I had a meal from a kebob place in town and continued eating long after I was full. I just felt like I had to finish. It's not a typical binge for me, but still eating past due. What do you all think? It is not the specific bingeing habit I am trying to avoid, but still left me feeling overfull.

Jerzygal I did the same thing last night with pizza. I made this yummy low fat healthy pizza, and then totally countered the healthiness by eating so much more than I needed because it was there and I was working on my laptop all night (a recipe for binge eating). For me I class that as binging but its actually the only day this week that I have so I'm feeling pretty happy

I was binge eating free for 11 days, then today...I did it again!
Anyway it was in some way better than before, becouse I felt very full and nauseos after eating too much sugar, so I stopped before having all the food in my stomach...
Tomorrow will be day 1 for me.

Hi Tina & Dana--I know how it is. It took me over a week to get back to a Day 1. I'm on Day 4 now.

Alba--We've all been there before. We have to get up, dust ourselves off and believe that we can do it.
