My name is Elisabeth I will be 27 on the 19th of this month and I'm over weight for my height. I am 165 lbs and 5"2. I haven't always been this heavy....
up until I had my second child I weighed 110 lbs. I gained over 50 lbs with in the last 2 months of my pregnancy. It's been almost 2 yrs since my son was born & I'm still trying to get this baby fat off. It's is so hard to loose this weight.
I am also a member of a wellness group at my job called the Weight Removal Warriors. We have team meeting every 2 weeks and get lots of encouragement. At home I walk and yesterday i bought one of those work out balls and man....it's is totally fun. I haven't really found an Exercise I could say I enjoyed, until now. It's fun, and you can do it in the privacy of your own home!
I have found these boards to be very supportive and helpful, I hope you will have the same experience! And by the way, your weight removal warriors group thing sounds really neat, I'd love to be able to call myself the same!
