Hi everybody!!! just thought i'd introduce myself!!! My names Mel and i'm 19 from the uk!! i started my weight loss plan nearly 2 weeks ago (2 weeks on wednesday, feels alot longer tho!!). I started at 15 st 7lbs and i'm now at 14 st 13lbs. which is like 8lb in 12 days, but i'm sure it will slow down this week!! (don't want it too tho!!) i'm sticking at between 1100 - 1500 cals a day with one "bad" day a week where i can eat what ever i want without feeling guilty!! My goal weight would be between 10st 7lbs and 11st. Just thought i'd introduce myself!!
Welcome Melissa, sounds like you're doing great Keep up the good work, your cal intake sounds good, nice that you reward yourself one day a week as well...
