Default My Mini-Goal Completed....

I've lost 2.5 pounds. This thread will be documenting my accomplishments.

This week since coming back on the forum and being rededicated, I lost 2.5 lbs.

I didn't go to any kickboxing or pilates classes but I did work my butt off on my treadmill at home, which I believe led to me losing the weight mentioned above.

I will try again to have my workout clothes ready so I can go to the gym and attend the kickboxing class. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I will do my exercise at home.

I have had no sweetened or carbonated beverages and didn't manage to get my 64oz. a day.

Some modifications to my goals:

Instead of 3x per week drinking 64ox of water, I will start off with drinking at least 4 glasses of water everyday.

I will do kickboxing twice a week and jog on the treadmill twice a week.

I will also do 25 stomach exercises.

At the gym, I will do arm exercises two times per week.

Way to go with the planning!! Do you count drinks like herbal tea in your 64 oz? It has taken me a little while, but I've found a couple flavors I like that have no caffeine and they are pretty good with no sweetener. It doesn't all have to be plain water. I'm proud of you kicking the sweetened and carbonated beverage habit. That's pretty impressive.

at the 2.5 pound loss!
