I was taking a generic multi-vitamin, but have sort of slacked off on that... I need to start again.
I have also just started taking Glucomann - a fiber suplement that is supposed to help curb your appetite... It seems to be working... But I only just started.
I take chewable Viactives and a One-A-Day Weight Control Multivitamin (I'm not sure if any of the "weight control" claims actually are true, but it's a multivitamin if nothing else).
Chewable Viactiv. I used to take a children's chewable. If I get regular vitamins, then they sit in the cupboard and expire. I can't stand to swallow a vitamin.
Prenatal Multi-Vitamin (I'm not prego but my body has some absorption issues so the extra really helps)
Calcium
Vitamin D
I used to take fish oil and should probably start taking it again, I just ran out and never remembered to get new ones.
just a one a day multi-vitamin. I don't use the weight control ones because the only thing different is they have caffeine (in the form of green tea extract). I take them at night time so I can't take the ones with caffeine. I have a bunch of chewable viactiv's but I never remember to take them.
I don't believe taking vitamins and multi-vits is very efficicent. I heard some, like iron and vit D, cancel each other out or use up the other when taken together - like vitamin d and iron.
I have a program to calculate my Vitamin intake. I'm lower than I'd like to be in Vitamin D, and really low in Vitamin E. I'm considering those supplements.
I take vit. B complex, CQ 10 helps with cardio and overall better health for me it helps with my joints and muscles less achy. Fish oil for chol. Thats it folks.
I take a multivitamin and fish oil. I'd like to add Vitamin E. I think they help especially in the winter. I get really sick when I forget to take them for a couple of days.
I used to take a general multivitamin and some others to complement it. But ever since DH and I have been trying to get pregnant, my doctor told me to start taking a prenatal vitamin. Not only will it slightly improve my chances of concieving (we've been trying for almost two years now) and prepare my body for pregnancy, but I was told taking a regular multivitamin can actually make it harder to concieve, because sometimes there can be too much of a good thing.

Wow, you are all so good! Look at all the vitamins you take. I feel like such a slacker in comparison. I haven't taken any since November and even then...I was taking chewable multi-vitamins. Not just ANY chewable multi-vitamins but FLINSTONE ones. Lol! I know, it's silly, right? But i have always hated the after taste from the normal ones. Does anyone have vitamin suggestions that don't taste bad??
