Hello, fellow losers! (And I mean that in a GOOD way!!!)
I've reached (and actually surpassed) my first mini-goal of 20 pounds lost. I'm down 22 lbs. as of this morning. This is actually a huge step for me because it's the most I've ever lost on ANY diet I've been on. Usually after 10-15 lbs. I end up falling off and gaining it back. But this time I'm actually feeling and seeing some results and I'm incredibly happy today.
My next mini-goal is to get out of the 300's FOREVER.. 13 more pounds to go for that one. Hope I can still visit the 300 boards without being kicked out LOL..
Basically my diet just consists of everything fresh or fresh-frozen, nothing canned or boxed, very low sodum and low fat. I'm going to a clinic 3 times a week for weigh-in and I think that helps to keep me on track (not to mention the buttload of money I spent to finally do this!) My fiancee and I are ready to set a date for our wedding, probably April of next year, and I'm actually looking forward to being able to pick out a dress in the next few months. Good luck to everyone and hopefully by this time next year I will have reached my final goal of 180 lbs (155 lost).
