I did attempt the raw vegan diet and it was a bust.
But I did come out with some interesting additions to my diet.

Raw chocolate!
Yes you heard me right!
When I planned on staying raw I bought some raw chocolate and it is so wonderful and better than any dark or regular chocolate from any store!
I bought some powder and some raw truffles. YUMMMY!
One truffle is so satisfying and filling it is imposable to over eat them because they are so.....well I cant describe! So rick and thick and creamy.

I tried
Hemp seeds, dark, and pepermint

PLEASE try them if you can! You will never go back to regular processed chocolate!

I am now going to try and make my own!

Raw Chocolate is what she has in her hands. It's a coco bean. That needs to be cooked until it's nearly black shells taken off while it's still hot and then pounded into a big mess until there is no lumps then it can be mixed with whatever you what. I really can't see how they would get it to that stage without cooking it. I would look into the product a bit more if they claim it's raw.

I just made a treat with some raw chocolate. It is good!!!

Raw cacao beans are dried. They are then eaten as is or made into nibs or ground into a powder.

This is very different from cooked, processed cocoa powder.
