Talking Workout Mix

I put together a mix for tomorrow (AKA W&W Conquers the Bicycle Day). I was just wondering what everyone listens to when they work out?

Bicycle Race - Queen (gotta start off with a little cheese, eh?)
Roll Up and Shine - Stereophonics
Be Good - Tokyo Police Club
Gone Daddy Gone - Violent Femmes
Girl, You Have No Faith In Medicine - The White Stripes
She's Attracted To - The Young Knives
Private Idaho - B-52's
Howling - Bleach 03
Fascination Street - The Cure
Fast As You Can - Fiona Apple
Hammering In My Head - Garbage
Train - Goldfrapp
Sheena Is A Punk Rocker - Ramones
Play It Cool - Super Furry Animals
Beautiful Ones - Suede
Lone Wolf - Eels

Haha funny. I just posted this for someone else, so I'll give it to you too.

Have you ever heard Thrice? They are AMAZING for working out. I tend to like harder stuff when I work out, cause it makes me work harder without even realizing it, haha. I will give you some song suggestions that I PROMISE will be so worth listening to because you will seriously fall in love with them. And if you don't like some of them, still listen to the rest cause a lot of them are way different!

Music Box by Thrice (ahhhhh! This one is incredible!)
Whispers in the Dark by Skillet
Chorus of Angels by Haste the Day
For Miles by Thrice
Sihouette by Thrice
Studying Politics by Emery
Stand and Feel Your Worth by Thrice
The Kill by 30 Seconds to Mars
Until the Day I Die by Story of the Year
Casting Such a Thin Shadow by Underoath
Some Will Seek Forgiveness, Others Escape by Underoath
From Yesterday by 30 Seconds to Mars
Wildfire by P.O.D.

And if you want happier, more up beat and not so hard music, here's another list of suggestions for you.

Move Along by All American Rejects
The Adventure by Angels and Airwaves
First Time by Lifehouse
Only One by Yellowcard
The Reason by Hoobastank
Yellow by Coldplay
Light Up The Sky by Yellowcard
Disarray by Lifehouse
Sugar, We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy

I'm soooo engrossed in whatever I'm doing RIGHT NOW that the only song I can think to suggest is:

The Bomb by New Young Pony Club

any songs on the latest Ratatat CD "classics" will get you moving... also I have found that M.I.A's "Kala" CD puts me in a "i'm going to kick my *** into shape" mood.

I go through phases... I have a bunch on my iPod but the ones I'm currently repeating over and over are

Queen B*tch - David Bowie (can I swear if it's a song title? )
I'm Your Captain - Grand Funk Railroad
You Give Me Something - Jamiroquai
There's No Home for You Here and Bone Broke - The White Stripes
Uptight - Stevie Wonder
Southern Cross - Crosby, Stills, and Nash

Hm, you'd never know I'm a 20-something by most of my song selections, eh?

THRICE IS THE GREATEST!!! If you like Thrice, you might like working out to Strike Anywhere, or Rise Against!
