Default lost 8lbs. in my first 2 weeks of ww - 34 to go!

i know it's not a huge loss but it is the first time in my life i've successfully lost weight and i did it while chasing after an 8 month old all day and running my own business at night (i get tired when i'm hungry)!

just wanted to share.

thanks for all the inspiration...

Wow! 8 pounds is a good 4 pounds of fat and 4 pounds of water. That must feel awesome. You're doing great, keep going!!!!

Good for you!!! Just don't let that 8 pounds become a cushion for you--- push yourself just as hard in the next 2 weeks and don't fall into the old trap of "hey, I've lost 8 pounds this month already, why not have a snack?" B/c then you won't be able to stop. Never make excuses. Take every week's weight loss as a celebration and keep doing what you're doing.

Congrats!
