10 more pounds
I just have 10 more pounds then I'm down in the 100's. I'm so excited. I just need to keep strong. I've been doing really good. If I want a snack, I eat a 100 calories snack and I'm allowed only one a day, no more than that. I try to wait till the end of the day for it but if I can't resist it, I'll eat it when I'm hungry and if I get another craving after dinner, I will have a WW ice cream or carb smart ice cream. I don't feel as bad in the morning if I eat smart. I'm loving losing weight.
