Ok, so I thought it would be fun to get some girls to get together and try to lose 10 pounds by Feb 10th. All you have to do is post your current weight and check in every so often. On Feb 10th we will see who gets the closest? Anyone with me?
Today my weight is 279 so I want to be 269 by Feb 10th. : )
Hi, soemone else is doing this too, right? I would like to lose 15 by feb14th. Maybe more? I shouldn't count on more, but I lost 7 lbs this week(of course it is my first week)
Hi Ladies count me in I don't know my exact weight right now but I will post it tomorrow if that is ok. I know I prob gained 10 lbs over the holidays. I was really bad with my eating.
I'm in! I'm wanting to lose 30 by my birthday (end of May), so if I can drop 10 right away, I'll be that much closer to my short-term goal. At my last weigh-in, I was 230. Here's hoping I'll be 220 (219?!) by our deadline.
Sure! I think that's totally do-able. My first weigh-in was last Saturday at 216, that gives me 5 more weigh-ins plus a number of days to lose 10. Hopefully this first week of being on plan will make me drop a little more than average! If things go better than planned, I wonder if I could make it all the way down to 200 by the end of Feb! I'm not in a real hurry, but it's nice to dream!
You know the last time I really worked at losing weight I started in Jan and lost close to 75 pounds by June. So anything is possible. You just have to really want it.
I was going to challenge myself to lose 6 pounds by Feb 14th (Valentine's), but I'll be up to the challenge to see if I can shave off 4 days and make it by Feb 10th instead. Woo! As of today I weigh 152, so if I get 142 by the 10th I'll be elated!
