So I'm back. I could use every excuse in the book why I gained back my weight and MORE! But nothing would could do it justice. I stopped exercising and stopped eating the way I should. Plan and simple. I stopped coming to this site because I felt too guilty. So here I am again. This time I will not fail!!! I bought my own tread mill and my husband is working out with me. Wish me luck everyone!!! I need it.

Hi Jtjoray, Mine was a 3 year food fest. I went down to a size 10 from a size 22. Then, all the way up to a 24 before I got sick enough to have to stop myself. All that hard work...guilt, pain. But I am working at it again. I got the tread mill too!!! Hang in there you WILL do it this time!!!!!

Hey hun! I know how you feel i totally fell off all the band wagons and just gave up but i've decided im not going to stop now until im happy with myself im just going to eat right and try to workout whenever possible. Do you have any plans set yet? i wish you the best you can do it!

I agree. Just about everyone falls off the wagon from time to time, and sometimes we can't find our wagon for a long time.

That's great your husband is supporting you and working out too. That'll be a big help.

I am so glad you are back. I too totally fell off the wagon. Do you remember me? We started at the same time in 2006 at the same weight, although you were much taller than I. I missed you when you stopped coming around, and then, I too, stopped coming around. I tried to get started again at the first of this year, but I was just not ready. I think I am ready now. You totally have to have your head in this game to succeed, goodness, I hope I am here.

Let's stick together, girlie, and do this once and for all!!

Hey!! It's been awhile but I remember we were losing weight about the same last time. I gained back my weight as well. Started dating my fiance and I just lost control of my eating habits but I'm starting to get back in action.

Well I guess this is the place for me too .I also fell off the wagon due to falling off of a 20' ladder and destroying my knees after having surgery I felt alot better but lost all my motivation to work out I had a man who loved me either way so I was ok I thought, but a couple of months after my surgery we found out that he had terminal cancer he passed away 6 months later. as you might guess my world fell apart! I found my last post on this site it was on 2/18/05 and I was upset because I was up to 217lbs from 187lbs lol seems sort of silly now cause when I restarted this month I was 265.5 lbs. My life is back on track, Im thankful for everyday I get and Im more motivated than ever to regain the person that I lost in 2005. I look forward to getting to know all of you and losing the pounds with you too. I still am and will always be "Dolphin4Doug" but you all can call me T.....

I too have returned after falling off the wagon! The important thing is not to beat ourselves up so much, we've come so far and yeah, we've put a bit of the weight back on again, but we're strong again and we CAN do this!
