Hello all! I have been an on-again/off-again regular of 3FC for sometime now. With the New Year ahead I have a resolution to make regular posts to 3FC, use Fitday to calculate my calories, excerise 3-4 times per week, and most of all - Lose 30 Before 30!!! My 30th birthay is in July, which gives me roughly 6 months to lose 30 pounds. Totally doable - right?!?
