Things I can do instead of eat....a list, I love lists!
-I can play/write a song
Though I have played piano and violin since I was 9 years old, I renewed my love of playing during one of my many diets over the years in attempt to not eat. Now I even play the bass guitar and saxaphone and Indy record my own music... See overeating and dieting haven't been all bad for me! LOL
-ART!
I started painting and drawing to keep myself "out of the kitchen" in 2000...Changed the course of my life! I have been teaching since 1984 and became the art teacher in the school I've been working for in 2003. (or in which I was working...whatever. LOL) It gave me the idea for the Idaho Art Center. See good from bad yet again!

My new adventure I'm embarking on: I've never tried acryllic (spell doesn't look right) paints and I'd like to try that. I'd like to try starting piano lessons again and am still trying to get in a ballroom dance class. My family are great cooks and would like to print a family cookbook. Boy, so many thing are food oriented for me!!! I got my first pair of snow pant in years and want to be able to hike in the snow. Well, at least to the end of the driveway!!
