KO, you make a good point...vitamins
liquid or chewable? I haven't really asked anyone which is better. Anyone have a favorite?

I use the chewable chocolate multi-vitamins....I forgot what they're called! They kind of look (and taste) like a tootsie roll. Very tasty.
I also take citracal calcium w/vitamin D.

The liquids were yucky. I finally settled with Equate (Walmart Brand) of the daily complete vits (3 a day)
