This ones going to be a tricky one especially with all the goodies on the menu.
Ok, this is it for this month: Hopefully 3lb between 1st - 22nd December which is 1lb per week.
I will allow myself to regain this weight over the Xmas and hopefully by the beginning of January I will start to lose it again.
Sounds a bit mad I know when the whole point of losing weight is to lose weight but by doing it this way I won't be depriving myself and have a complete binge and totally blow the whole diet.
Ideally by new year I'd like to have seen the last of the 15st +
I've put on about a stone weighed in at 18 st 11 last night. I am annoyed with myself. I'm going to restart now though. I am back at about the same weight I was last year at this time.
I am going to struggle as 17th -21st Dec its christmas week at work. Thats 5 christmas dinners!! Dinner breaks are cancelled that week (time off in lieu in the new year). Not looking forward to it. Also got the staff christmas meal on the 20th.
