December 1 - 15 minute run, 30 minutes on elliptical, 45 minute toning class, 45 minute step class, 45 minute yoga class, 2 miles walked (aerobathon at the gym!!!)
2 - 3 miles walked

4 - 4 miles walked
5 - Stability ball DVD, 65 minutes on elliptical, 30 minute toning class, 4 miles walked
6 - Ran 6 miles, walked 4 miles
7 - Stability ball DVD
8 - Tae Bo Celebrity Fit DVD
9 - Pilates DVD, 3 miles walked
10 - Stability ball DVD, 4 miles walked, 60 minutes on elliptical, 1 hour toning class
