I MADE MY FISRT MINI GOAL!!!
I started my weight loss journey 6 weeks ago at 75 kgs (aprox 165 pds) and set my goal at 50 kgs (110 pds). I decided to divide it in 5 mini goals of 5 kgs (11 pds aprox) and today I reached (actually passed my first mini goal-- 13 pds) Yey! I´m so so happy! But I´m not only happy for the weight but also for some important stuff that has happened during these 6 weeks:

I was able to eat healthy and exercise regularly for 6 weeks! Wow, thats an incredible achievement for me, I was the kind of person who would stick 3 days to a diet and then quit, and now it´s 6 weeks! When I started I decided to have a cheat meal every 2 weeks, the first 2 weeks were ok, but then I went to the beach and had 2 cheat meals in a week. Today after 6 weeks I have had 6 cheat meals, more than I had planned, but I´m focusing on the positive part, I went from 7 "cheat days a weeks" to 6 cheat meals in 6 weeks!!

I started with a BMI of 26.3 and now with 13 pds less my BMI is 24.2, what means I´m in the "healthy range"!!!

I have lost cms everywhere
Chest: went from 105 cms to 99
W: 88 to 77
H: 110 to 99.5
And according to those measurements I have lost about 6% fat too. I dont believe that, I mean I know that calculator is not accurate, but I know my fat% is lower!

I´m so much happier, it´s incredible how now I face the day in a better way. I have energy and I don´t hate mornings anymore. I had to struggle every day not to smash the alarm clock in the wall and now I usually wake up 5-10 mins before the alarm starts ringing!

I´m more confident I´ll reach my goal, maybe I´ll take 6 months, or 8 or 10 or a year but I believe I can do it!!
I know it was a looonnnnggg post for only 6 kgs but.. I´m happy and wanted to share it with you!
