This is to let all you Chicks who are struggling know that there
is hope.
On November 1, I gave myself a challenge to remain binge free as many days as possible during the month. So far (counting today), I've gotten in 16 days
Three days weren't so great, but instead of beating myself up about it, I learned from my mistakes and kept going. It's been really helpful this time around for me to focus on a month, rather then a week. It's also helped that I haven't told myself that there would be some sort of punishment for bingeing - just rewards for not!
I've also cleaned my diet up a lot. I've cut down on the junk and upped my water.
I weighed myself at the doctor's office today, and the scale said 115! I've lost 5 lbs!! I'm so happy
