Default Celebrating successes

I haven't weighed myself in awhile (since I restarted up again with 3FC) but this morning, I gathered up the courage to step on the scale.

4 pounds. I've lost four pounds since I "restarted" October 9, 2007. I'll take it. It's a loss. Yippee!!!

I haven't changed sizes so I can't buy new clothes and I don't want to cheer myself on with food awards. What do you do to celebrate the little successes?

Congratulations.

I am addicted to weighing myself but after I lose a few more lbs, I plan to not weigh myself for a while and see what happens

Default Treats

I reward myself with things like a massage, chiropractic adjustment, new work out clothes (it doesn't matter about the size), a movie, spa day, a bouquet of real flowers, coffee and a book...a friend of mine hired a caterer to fix and freeze a bunch of food for her.
Just some ideas...

Once I meet a loss of 20 pounds, I allow myself to get a new body mod(tattoo or peircing). It all just depends on what you like and what you will work for.
