Red face Journal - Thursday, January 17, 2002

Insomnia strikes again!

B:
Coffee 0/0
Oatmeal 2/2
FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5
2 York peppermint patties 2/7

L:
Progresso soup 4/11
Natural Ovens bagel 2/13

D:
Grilled cheese 2/15
Tomato soup 2/17
1 cup 1% milk 2/19

Snack:
WW 2 pt bar 2/21

Water:
32 oz so far

Exercise:
Treadmill for 30-40 minutes/2-3 miles/4.3 MPH/6% incline

Morning - 5
bagel and cof

Midday - 9
wonton soup - 5, bites of chinese food - 4

Evening 11
well not so minimal...
chicken - 2, lasagna - 5, spinach - 0, skinny cow - 4

Total - 25
water - yessiree bob!!!
