One-Fourth of My Way to Goal!
I've lost 28 pounds in 6 1/2 weeks! Hard to believe that it is so easy on this plan. First one that I have found that works. I think it's the variety of the foods and having a healthy dinner. I'm not bored like I have been on so many other plans. I have found that I am saving money too which I wouldn't have believed - but I'm not buying my lunches, snacks, etc - only dinners. I had a slow week with the scale, but have been averaging about 4 pounds a week. I'm going on a cruise in April so I'm planning on being at goal before then! Yippee! I hope all of you are doing well! If you are thinking of trying Medifast, sign me up as your buddy! I'd love to meet more people - it helps so much to support each other!
