Default Where do I find Boar's Head meat?

I have looked at Whole Foods and Fresh Market? It is advertised as being lower in sodium?

I don't think they sell to the public (I could be wrong). The places that I've seen it are in delis. If you have a deli that sells meats and cheeses, call and see what brand they carry.

Delis, definitely, but they sold it at the A&P when I lived in NJ.

Several markets carry Boar's Head here in Pittsburgh. I also bought it at a Publix in Naples, FL.

It's the only kind of deli meat I buy because it isn't loaded with additives and fillers.

I live in RI. They used to sell Boar's Head at Shaw's, a New England supermarket chain. I haven't gone to the deli there in a long time, but I know they carry it in the deli section of the local RI supermarket (Dave's) and also in the little deli store down the street from my house (that is where I usually go!).

When I lived in California, Safeway and Pavillions (a safeway brand) sold it. I don't shop in the deli so I never notice the brands anymore. On their website, they list a number to call if you can't find a retailer that sells it.

I buy mine at Publix...not sure if you have those where you are. Their Lemon Pepper Chicken and Italian Style Roast beef are to die for!

I live in New England and they sell it at Stop and Shop (our generic supermarket chain), and also in a very small local Deli near my hometown. You've looked in the health food stores, but have you checked to see if your large chain supermarket carries it?

Oh that's right, its Stop and Shop and not Shaw's that carries it. I never go to the deli anymore in either store!
