Exclamation im home mummy......

hi all, some may remeber me, some may not, but im back babby!
the good news is although ileft the site, it was because i got to a goal i was very happy with (i lost 3 stone/32lbs). I have tried since then to keep it off and i did well untill i moved home over summer, and the stress made me put on a wee bit, but i have since got it off, with an extra 7-8 lbs.
so i suppose im doing well.
but why im back is because im now at uni, im a fresher, there is alcohole everywhere, and although i have only been out drinking 3 times so far in 4 weeks, trying to balance to the 2 is incredibly difficult.
the good news to counter act the drinking, and a reason i have probably shifted some serious weight since moving is that to uni is a 2 mile walk, home is a 2 mile walk, and to the other campus and home is another 4 mile round trip, so somtimes im doing about 8 miles a day.
also work is a 4 mile round trip.
Today is my first real rest day since i moved so i decided id come back, support others and hopefully get some support and advice myself.
i have no real targets as yet. i suppose 12 stone would be amazing...but i have reservations if i would still be myself....i dont want toloose any of my curves, just slim them down hehe. so yes hello and thanks for having me
*takes a bow*

Welcome back FTT... good luck with Uni, keep with us even though you've reached the goal you wanted to, we can all do with motivation from people who have 'got there'

Welcome back.

I think it is a good idea even when you get to your goal to keep popping in to chat as I think it does help some people to maintain as well as to lose.
