On to Step Three
WOW, I can't believe I am moving on to Step Three. My Sponsor gives me a series of questions I have to answer for each step and then we review them together. Once we have discussed my answers she gives me the next step.
So far I have just read over Step 3 in the 12 and 12 and the Big Book. I know I am going to enjoy taking this step. I will never be alone with food choices again and I love the idea of reawakening my Spiritual Self.
I am so happy with my group and thankful for everyone here. I almost have little or no compulsive feelings or thoughts now, almost all gone!
