Angry Getting Back On Track

Another yearhas started and this time I am determined to succeed. I haven't been around here in the last few months. My motivation had dropped off and I wasn't in the mood for much in the way of dieting. I am back now. I went to my WW meeting Wed, which ws a hard thing to do but a very imprtant step. During the holidays I kept going to meetings (only missed 1) but I just wasn't into it. I am trying and I need some help.

I want to lose about 100#s and am willing to take it slow. I really need some support and people to share the ups and downs with. I need to get myself back into the gym and into a routine of eating healthy and journaling. I was good for awhile, but now I am not.

I really hope we can all help each other. Oh, btw, here is a bit of info about myself. I am 26 and live at home with my parents, and now my brother has also moved home. We are all trying to diet. I am a substitute teacher and I love to scrapbook. My goal is to lose a couple of more sizes so that I can go Kayaking in the Spring. This was a goal I set for myself years ago and now I can actually see it happening.

Hi Mel!

Welcome! Good to see you! Sounds like you're motivated! Good for you! I too have over 100lbs to lose. I take it one day at a time. I have lots of mini goals to help me stay motivated. Kayaking is something I have always wanted to try. It looks challenging but fun! Jump in on our daily threads and chat with us. The people here are wonderful! Anyway welcome & hope to see you around!
