It's time again for the general 3FC weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.
Me: 174.5, same as last week. Well, I was very good all week, and was down to 173 as of yesterday, but then had a mystery gain last night. I did eat a fairly high sodium dinner, so perhaps that is the reason. But despite staying the same this morning, I feel like I've made progress this week. Going on a four day weekend tomorrow, hopeful I'll be able to keep it somewhat together.
Down 2 lb from last week, to 148 lb! Which puts me at:
-40 lb lost
-Healthy BMI
-under 150, and most importantly...
-I've lost the weight that I gained from illness and medication, and am now losing regular-me-fat (I was 150 lb when I started to get ill, back in 2000.)
Sorry to ramble, but I am so thrilled that I am almost in tears! This milestone meant more to me than even my final goal... I'll shush now!

Tealeaf: congrats on maintaining! Good luck for this weekend. Four-day weekends can be a struggle, but remember that we're all rooting for you!
Congrats on your new milestone, maalisse! It must be a great feeling to be in the healthy range! That's good encouragement for all of us who are trying to do the same!

im up at university so cant weigh myself but i doubt that i'll have lost anything...im happy, for the time being, to stay at 13,0/12,13 (181/182) but if it goes up then panic stations, if it goes down, happy days. I have been waling like crazy since i came back up but last time i came up for a few days i walked like crazy and still managed to gain... anyway, we;ll see in a few days
Well I started the Sonoma diet last Friday, wave 1 is quite restrictive and I've lost almost 5 lbs this week. Down from 174.6 last Friday to 169.8 this morning. Wow! I know it won't sustain, but it's interesting. New diets often see large losses, but since I've been losing for a while (much more slowly) I didn't expect that. But perhaps it's a "correction" for the plateau I hit for much of August.
I've been eating well and feeling full, although my calories are down somewhat. I expect it to slow down though.
I lost one pound, back to ticker weight. I fluctuated between 164 and 166 this week. I also started running, every single day. I am seeing some nice toning, but still didn't see a decent drop, well work harder on the food I guess,
I am going on a four day trip next Friday so wish me luck in making proper food choices, I plan on bringing shakes and bars and maybe only eating one a meal a day out.
154 - It looks like I have only lost 2 pounds this month, but I am ok with that. The month included 3 out-of-town visits to family members. I didn't have much control over what I ate, but I sure practiced portion control.
I am the same as last week. 149. I only saw 148.5 saturday and sunday of last weekend and 148.8 once this week. But i did start back excersizing this week and could retaining some fluids in my poor little sore legs. Guess only time will tell. oh well...
My last weigh in for August has found me at 134, which i'm very happy with. A 9 pound loss this month which means I lost an additional pound to my goal. I'm prepared for the rest to come off quite slowly as I'm quite close to the goal, but that's quite alright. I'm just excited about the more and more definition i'm seeing my body.
Tealeaf: Awww, thanks! ...But I started on this journey because I found your blog through a thread on Fark (that's how I found 3FC, too), and it finally inspired me to drop the weight, so I think you are the real inspiration in this case!
NightengaleShane: it DOES feel good! A bit surreal, though, isn't it?
Congrats to all loser & maintainers!! (And hugs to the rest... )
