sf torani syrup-vanilla-foudn this on holidays..yummmmmm

l-going out not sure whats on menu but the least i will have is soup adn sandwich

I'm core-ish here, but I'm also including points.
b--Cereal/milk 3 pts
l--crackers (3 waps), venison roast, ketchup, core mashed potatoes, sweet peas
s--2 WW fudgecycles 2 pts
s--cantaloupe 1 pt
d--WW TV dinner 6 pts (almost core)
s--strawberries/cantaloupe 3 pts
total--18 pts (I'll edit if necessary) (Popcorn may be in the plan.)

B: skim milk, 0 fat yogurt, 1 C blueberries, 1/2 C Fibre 1 cereal
L: 1/2 C egg substitute, 1 slice pumpernickel toast, tomato
D: ham slice, corn, new red potatoes
S: peaches, yogurt
toast, cereal and potatoes aren't core, but they are low calorie and low GI

I'm over pointwise but all right core-wise.

Late B: shake made of lf milk, lf yogurt, peach and blueberries. Part of it poured over 1/3 C of Fibre 1.
L: Fruit of some kind, probably an apple and a peach. Hard boiled egg.
D: extra lean beef patty
salad
tiny, tiny taste of my friend's peach dessert.
This won't be much food today, so I'll drink lots of water and eat fruit.
