Sometimes i just feel people put so much pressure on others, I read a thread about so what moments inspired from an episode in Tyra and here are some of my it's ok to moments....

It's ok to..

Say no when i'm not hungry even if it offends you...

look drop dead gorgoeus and not be size zero...

not like certain foods...

not eat till i wanna burst just cos you want to try a new recipe...

eat healthy EVERYDAY of the week even if you want to just chill out...

be the only one watching my weight even if you think i'm slim.....

only eat when i'm hungry even when your eating...

Add your it's ok to moments.

Wow I love this SW Chick! Thanks for posting this, very inspiring!

I will add:

It's OK to stop eating when I'm full.

It's OK to be at my weight today and the size I am today.

It's OK to lose weight and become one or many sizes smaller than I am now.

It's OK to keep going with my weight loss program even if I have high calorie meal or day every now and again.

It's OK to have a healthy meal when I'm out in a restaurant - it can still be delicious!

I love the size zero bit, i bought a top recently which says "I don't want to be size 0" I get so many positive comments when I wear it, people seem to really appreciate it.
