I'm sorry it's going so slowly. Maybe you can post your calorie intake per day as well as your exercise routine and someone can give you some advice as to what to do differently.
I wish the weight would just fly off me, I mean I'm working so hard for it! But I guess like everything else worthwhile, it takes time.
And I do believe you should aim to eat like you think you should be eating for the rest of your life and not overly deprive yourself. If you do that the weight loss should just become an added bonus side effect of your new healthy lifestyle (I know, easier said than done, LOL).
