Following the menus for Phase 1 will do you well, but when you hit Phase 2 be aware that you should add in one serving of either grains or fruit every couple days, maybe even just one a week. So your first day of Phase 2 (maybe the first week) will have one either grain OR fruit and then the rest of the day will look like Phase 1. This was something I didn't realize from reading the book, but since the ever-so-smart ladies here clued me in, I had a much more successful approach to Phase 2 than I otherwise might have had.
You'll find that the chicks on this board will help you with whatever you're going through: food, work, relationships, life, you name it! Any questions you have, feel free to ask! And make sure to check out the recipes on here so you don't get bored sticking to the book! There are some good eats!
I know. I was a little disappointed in the book after getting so much information from this forum. You'd think they'd want you to be successful so you'd stick with it. Thank goodness for 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet!!!
