My daughter just became a WW Leader. I'm 100 pounds overweight and have watched her AMAZING transformation. She started WW three years ago, made lifetime, kept the weight off, had a baby and is back at lifetime.
I will be going to her meetings and want to make her proud . I am so proud of her, she was born to be a leader and I want to make her shine!!

You'll find lots of nice women. If there are men here, they are closeted! We talk about everything, including food and exercise. We've been more quiet than usual over the last few days, but we're here.
Some of us find the You On A Diet book very helpful. In addition, there are good low glycemic approaches which easily integrate with Core.
