I don't know why but for the last 2 days I have felt very gassy and bloated. Can I take Imodium or something?

Naomi. I'd try some hot lemon water and or Metamucil.. I get this often on LAWL especially after I have carbs now.. I stir in tsp Metamucil in a cup of water, can use up to 3 times a day and feel much better usually within an hour.. just water retention etc so hang in there.. great job on your 12 lbs so far!

thanks I have no metamucil but have physillyum (sp?) pills is that the same? and I don't have lemons but the bottled juice does that work?

I chew a couple of gas x tablets. They work really fast.

thanks it isn't water/fluid retention bloat but gassy bloat so I will try the GasX
