Andrea often I have read your posts thru out the years and lately have been incredibly curious as to your stats, how your doing, where you started from and your progress. ( WoW ifn that wasnt the worlds longest run on sentence. )

im on core and strarted 10 weeks ago@183 and am currently 149 i find amino acids and apple cider vinegar very helpful.
